CLICK FOR PERMISSION FORM - DUE JANUARY 19th to MISS DENNENY!The SJS Talent show is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 9:00 am in the gymnasium.
All students participating in an individual or group performance must fill out a permission form and a parent’s signature is necessary. Entire class performances need only one form filled out with the teacher signature instead of the parent. Each student may only perform in ONE individual act and ONE group act!
Please be specific as to the equipment needed for your performance. For example, list whether you will need music stands, chairs, music played over the loud speaker, mats, or a piano.
Each performance is limited to a 90 second time frame. Performers cannot “sing along” or “lip synch” to music that already contains vocals. Musical performances that require music to be played over the loud speaker need to have their music on a CD. Martial Artists, comedians, and magicians will unfortunately not be allowed to demonstrate their skills.
A dress rehearsal is scheduled for Monday, January 29, 2018, starting at 12:45pm. Please be prepared for dress rehearsal. Do not forget your music. Students who are not prepared to perform for the dress rehearsal OR who have not turned in their permission slip by January 19th will not be allowed to participate in the talent show.The permission form below must be returned by January 19th to Miss Denneny in order to participate in the talent show.
