SJS Team Competes in Annual Diocesan Battle of the Books

The annual Diocesan Battle of the Books is similar to an “It’s Academic” or “College Bowl” event where teams earn points for questions answered correctly.  Our team of five students, made up of 5th and 6th graders, will be one of 23 teams competing this year at the Knights of Columbus in Arlington. Students were required to read 15 books throughout the school year, which is, on its own, a great accomplishment!  We wish them the best of luck!
