SJS Google Apps (G Suite) Information

1) I've forgotten my password/can not get into my account. Help! 

Questions regarding resetting access to your Google Account should be directed to __________.

2) I don't know how to get to my Google Classroom.
Direct your browser to: http://classroom.google.com. Click on the title of the class you want to enter.

3) I don't see my class when I login.
If you have not accepted an invitation from your teacher OR entered the class code into the field on the Join screen, you are not enrolled in the class. Please speak with the teacher of that class to obtain the code to join the class OR visit the teacher's website to see if they have posted their Classroom code there.

4) Is this assignment really due on , like it says in the class?
Yes.

5) My mom/dad can not see the assignment / file / Google Doc that I have for homework.
Only users inside the "sjschoolva" domain are able to access files inside our Google Classrooms. It is your homework to complete; Mom/Dad do not attend school here, so they can not view it. If they wish to assist you with your work ask them to sit next to you as you work on the assignment, and ask questions of them when you're stumped.

6) Why are my parents receiving an email every time a new assignment is posted?
This is a security measure enacted for your protection. If you are receiving email communication from the school, they will be included on the message, so they are able to read the same message that you are receiving.
