We are happy to assist in guiding you through our streamlined admissions process. -
Application Process► To begin, complete the following and submit to the school office for review. In addition, please include the supporting documentation along with a non-refundable application fee of $150. The application fee is needed in order for the application to be reviewed.
- Official Application for Admissions form
- Kindergarten and First Grade Registration Report (for those applying for Kindergarten and 1st Grade)
- Records Release Form and Registration Report (for grades 2-8)
- Report cards, test scores, and other school records for the previous 2 years
- Solicitud de Admisión (Admissions Application in Spanish)
- Hoja Informativa De La Escuela Católica De San Joséph (About SJS in Spanish)
Supporting Documentation:- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate copy
- Letter of good standing from current parish
- Current Immunization records
- IEP information (if applicable)
► All students will be invited in to meet with our staff for an assessment - this helps us get to know your child better!
►The application will be reviewed and you will be notified by an email or letter from St. Joseph Catholic School. Once accepted, a registration fee and first month's tuition will secure a spot on the class roster.
► Applications are accepted on a rolling basis provided space is available. Acceptance decisions will be made starting in mid-March and until spaces are filled.

Admission Requirements
Students who desire an educational experience founded on the Catholic philosophy of education and who fulfill the age, health, academic, and behavioral requirements are eligible for admission to the school. The school sets registration procedures and admission policies.
The availability of space and the order of preference for admission is determined by the school according to the following general criteria:
a. Children from the parish
b. Children from parishes without schools
c. Children from parishes with schools (for sufficient reason)
d. Children from non-Catholic families
If approved by the pastor, and where practical, siblings may receive special consideration. -
We embrace all the families who choose to be a part of the St. Joseph Catholic School Community. Being a registered Catholic means that a family fully participates in your Catholic faith community, and practices good stewardship by sharing time, treasures, and talents. This means that the Catholic Church is where you would worship, attend Mass on weekends, and contribute financially.
