Dear Parents,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the members of the PTO Executive Board for their dedication to SJS and willingness to partner with teachers and staff to increase community participation, raise funds for technology/STREAM enhancements and for volunteering your time in the classroom and at special events.
There will be changes to the board for the 2018-2019 school year.
We bid farewell to Mr. Erik Geho, Ms. Stephanie Curtin and Ms. Erin Hastick. Thank you Erik for serving as PTO President. We are grateful for your leadership and efforts this year. Thank you Stephanie for serving as member at large. We appreciate your dedication to growing the Welcome Saints program so that all our new families are welcomed into our community. And lastly, thank you Erin for serving on the board as treasurer these past three years. We wish you well as you journey into the world of Paul VI High School with your daughter, Fiona. We are grateful to all of our board for your dedication to SJS and commitment to serving on the board.
PTO EXECUTIVE BOARD UPDATE:

Executive Board Members serve two-year terms and are currently between election year cycles. In this situation, per the SJS PTO By-Laws (Sec 6.1), these positions are to be filled first by current Board Members, then immediate past Board Members. In the event that no current or past Board Members are able to assume the position(s), the current Executive Board may solicit a new Board Member from the general Membership, to be approved by the general Membership at the next PTO meeting.
Following these by-laws, the proposed PTO Executive Board for the 2018-2019 school year
is as follows:
Melissa Arnold, President
Ryanne Brenner, 1st Vice President
Ann Woodson, 2nd Vice President
Mike McFarlane, Treasurer
Wendy Duncan, Assistant Treasurer
Lisa Anderson, Secretary
Sincerely,
Mrs. Cindi Conroy
