We would like to add something special to early dismissal days for the extended care children. We will be offering a catered lunch option for the children staying with us for extended day on Friday, January 29, 2016 (early dismissal). For our first “lunch bunch” we will be ordering from Panera. Each lunch will include a choice of sandwich, chips and a cookie (order form attached). The cost is $6.00 for the small and $8.00 for the large. Please send exact payment in the form of cash only. They will be delivered directly to the school for our extended day students.

In order to accommodate your order please return the form below NO LATER than Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Unfortunately orders after this date will not be fulfilled.
