Hi, my name is Ryan. I am currently an 8th grader at St. Joseph School and I will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the spring. I have been a student at this school since kindergarten and I have made many friends for life. I have learned so much and I have so many amazing memories.
The teachers at this school are the best of the best, from the Kindergarten all the way through the eighth grade.
One of my favorite teachers was my 6th grade math teacher because she helped me understand everything in math when I was terrible at it. Now I’m pretty good at it and it is one of my best subjects. My junior high teachers are awesome! My homeroom teacher makes sure everyone is getting along and does so many fun, and exciting projects and activities. My other junior high teachers all understand us, and make sure we keep our grades up. They definitely are preparing us for high school by helping us understand topics which we all need to know. We have learned about Christ and what he did and continues to do for us. St. Joseph School is a great Catholic school. We go to Mass every Friday and on Holy Days. We also have many fun activities such as Field Day, the Talent Show, the Basketball Tournament and the annual Teachers vs. Eighth Grade volleyball game among others. My favorite is the Basketball tournament because we compete against the other grades, we also have to work together if we want to beat them. There are also other activities such as CYO Basketball, Cheerleading, Track and Field, Cross Country, Book Club, Robotics and more. I truly believe that SJS has helped to make me the person I am today. If you decide to send your child here, your child could experience this too!
